GC Cakes Cancellation Policy/Terms & Conditions :

When booking in cakes, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to secure the booking.
This can be made payable by Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque or Card. 

 

I kindly advise customers to give us as much notice as possible when cancelling a cake, but the latest it can be cancelled is up to a week before the date needed. If all payment has been made, only 50% can be refunded back.  

If for some reason that the party or event the cake is needed for has been cancelled or postponed, GC Cakes will be more than happy to postpone the cake to be moved to another date.
